It's reasonable for a cheap, clean and safe room.

The room itself is very very small like most standard Japanese city hotel room. Can hardly open a luggage.

A bit overpriced for its location, I wish it was closer to Sakai station and the main tourist points.

Wonderful

Staff were very accomodating. Loved the gym as well. The batroom is big compared to the usual. Also, the walk to the city center is alright giving your needed exercise for the day :)

The table in the room was very small, almost couldn't fit my and my husband's things. But we found a way to fit them. However, would have appreciated if we were able to borrow additional chair. But all good, our stay was good :)

A little traumatic

Bathroom is clean

I stayed two days and on both days breakfast was traumatic, the staff yelling at each other in the kitchen and at other vietnamese guest, why do they need to scream? They can't talk in a normal tone? There was food from the previous guest inside the safe box, they didn't clean it properly.

Clean and comfortable stay

Very clean and comfortable for a short stay. The room is a bit small which is the standard in Japan. Location is a bit further away from train station than expected, other than that, all good. Very helpful staffs.

Very Good

The room is nice and clean even the room size not big enough to fit with 2 pieces 28 inch baggage,the bed(double) is comfortable for 2 people, the location is not crowded no noise disturbed.

Bath towel is too small, no complimentary water provided, air purifier is too old. Bath amenities is too basic compared with other hotel same range.

Good place to stay with shuttle ride about 5 minutes to the airport.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. The buffet breakfast was just average, it was better suited to lunch. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent!

The hangars and rack bar were located on the far end of the room opposite the door. There is no closet so this should have been located by the door.

Comfortable place.to stay 4 nights.

Hotel is modern and new. Chose a superior queen room for a little extra room space. Still small compared to European standards but reasonably good space for 2 of us with 2 large suitcases. Bathroom was decent with walk in shower which we prefer to a tub and was slightly larger than the capsule type ones you get in a lot of budget Japanese hotels. Location ok. About 5-10min walk to nearest underground station. Walkable distance to Sakae but being honest we found the area not quite to our needs. We may have been better off being near the train station. However, area around hotel was quiet and felt safe. Good value for the price we paid so can't fault that at all. If ever we returned to Nagoya, maybe would look at somewhere close to the main train station.

Good

Comfortable bed and friendly staff that spoke some English. Location was good for sightseeing but was quite far from the station. The shower was pleasant as well.

The room wasn't big enough to unpack a large suitcase. A bit of deep cleaning was necessary in some places like the hairdryer fan vent was covered in dust and the bathroom vent was mouldy.

Good size of the room for the price paid. Facilities were new. Staff were friendly.

Functional and clean room with a big toilet.

Functional and clean room with a much bigger toilet than expected. Usually Japanese hotels have really tiny toilets on a raised platform. However this toilet was more of a regular style and there was a lot of space to move around. Location is about a 5min walk away from the main street and there are conbinis all around.

nothing much to dislike. It was a functional hotel with everything you need for a short stay.
